They are from an autograph album started by my grandmother who was Mayoress of Salisbury in 1930.
The album also has the signatures of a lot of the original 1890 column that travelled up to and raised the Union Jack at "Fort Salisbury".
ORAFs records its thanks and appreciation to Glyn Hall for sharing this sketch with ORAFs.
